With a strong background in hospitality and property management experience, Keith lends his creative eye for design, and business savvy to help bring new real estate development projects to life. With a focus on understanding the end user, he is able to blend their desires and needs into a successful project that enhances both the marketing edge and the bottom line.

Keith is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) with the Institute of Real Estate Management, a licensed real estate broker in the State of Washington, member of NAIOP Washington, and currently co-chairs on the board for the Young Leaders Group at the Urban Land Institute Northwest. He also completed the Commercial Real Estate certificate program at the University of Washington in May of 2021.
